My #1 Challenge was creating a content plan- There is so much information out there about how to create a plan- often complex and super confusing to the point when I hear the words content strategy, I want to reach for a bottle of Advil. The Advance Series strategy is game-changing and has saved me so much time. I love the idea of creating a series (probably the Sage in me 😀). It's a fantastic way to simplify and organize the content. Also, the 12 X5 X7 concept helps give a framework so you don't go into "analysis paralysis." Selena has a gift for clarifying the confusing and complex in digestible pieces. I don't feel overwhelmed, but I've also made much progress. The time and mental sanity you will get back using her program is worth it.

4/24/2024: My coaching action plan session was worth its weight in gold. Having an expert walk through your business and offering guidance saves you the time, energy, and frustration of guessing your way through "what next." It gives reassurance for the things you are doing well and recommendations so you're not chasing every social media influencer's suggestions. The great thing is she really works with your personality instead of trying to shove you into a generic box of suggestions.  I highly recommend people sign up for the session. 9/6/2024: I gave my resignation notice yesterday to my employer. My last day is October 4.

I loved the Coach's Copy Course. The lessons are short and easy to understand, yet they contain a lot of sophisticated concepts.     Selena's personal feedback on my copy made such a difference to how I write now! I've always struggled with making my copy clear and with giving my writing impact. It often came off lackluster, which made me unhappy with what I wrote. Selena was able to quickly suggest tweaks in wording, where to expand an idea, and how to really speak to the needs of my audience. With her insight and suggestions I'm now much more confident in how I present myself and my ideas in print.     Selena presents a depth of knowledge about copywriting in concise lessons. This is the kind of course that you'll want to revisit in order to anchor the concepts and formulas that help you create good copy. When I feel stuck, going through one of the lessons again reminds me of what makes copy work well to connect with my audience and serve them.     I now feel good about sending out newsletters - something I've usually struggled to do - and have an automation sequence of welcome emails that tell my story and why I do the kind of work that I do. I'm very proud of them! Without Selena's insight and expert advice, I'd still be struggling to know what to write. 

To anyone on the fence about joining, I would say just do it! So many great takeaways! I decided to get the Coaching Genius video training because I felt like I was chasing the wrong avatar. The biggest takeaway for me was the idea that people don’t pay for prevention, they’ll pay for pain. That was a huge “aha” moment for me. My favorite part of the program was creating the avatar. I really narrowed down who I should be concentrating on.

To anyone on the fence about joining, I would say I wish I would have had something this clear and helpful when I started trying to figure out my niche (2019). I decided to join the Find Your Best Fit Niche Workshop because I am now looking to create less manual and more 'automated' systems and I knew that I really have to dial into my niche & messaging for that. My biggest insight was how ready I am to really expand my business reach. It was my biggest take-away and validation. I really enjoyed the whole process because it felt really organic and natural. Clear steps/ tasks building on top of each other. My biggest win was CLARITY in my niche and who I am talking to is my win. And the joy I am feeling in anticipation.

I decided to invest in the Coach Action Plan because I over-analyze and get stuck in my own brain and thoughts. I usually can't see my own label, so to have Selena get me, see me, and to use her perfect word, "untwist me," it's priceless. She also zeros in where the "knot" is - BRILLIANT. My biggest takeaway was that my avatar become clearer and validation that my logic on my methodology was a possible shift of focus was on point - or at least heading in the right direction. My favorite part -- I like the way Selena explains each piece of her framework, but she is the brilliance. For anyone on the fence, I would say every day that passes is a day with less clarity and that being on the fence is equivalent to staying stuck by choice.

I decided to sign up for the Coach Action Plan because I was struggling to get organized. A big takeaway for me was the visual mind map we used in the session. It led me to get the application. That one action connected my thoughts to a process. Amazing!! I loved talking through the plan. If you're on the fence about signing up, I would say just do it. My least favorite part was that it was only 45 minutes. I'd easily spend $500 for an afternoon intensive with Selena. She is an excellent thought leader and motivator. I told 18 coaches about her the evening after the call.

I have been working with Selena for several months now. She is always spot on and amazing.
