I started a book, Limitless by Jim Kwik the other night. In it, he teaches people how to learn.
I've just started reading it so I can't tell you if it's any good, or not. But I'm guessing it is.
He starts out talking about a model he uses to help people learn faster and better.
And I just loved this model because not only can it be used to help people learn, it can pretty much be used for coaching and other areas of life.
Basically, he's saying that in order for people to reach their learning goals, they need three things.
And, to me, that pretty much sums up the best coaching.
And what's really cool is that the model applies to pretty much any goal.
